We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on FOH Manager to lead our Front of House team of 10 Servers and Bartenders at Mezze#1 Fulshear – a vibrant full-service Mediterranean restaurant with a bar for 80 seats. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily FOH operations with a focus on top-notch guest service
  • Train, motivate, and support FOH staff to foster a positive work culture
  • Monitor FOH/Bar inventory
  • Collaborate with BOH team to ensure menu quality and consistency
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Take initiative and assist with anything that supports overall restaurant success

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of FOH Management experience in a full-service restaurant with a bar
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
  • A sense of urgency, responsibility, and the ability to lead by example
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively

Compensation

53,000.00-57,566.00/per year (Hourly wage + Overtime + Monthly bonus)
Schedule: Full-time | 44–48 hrs/week | Shifts: 12–8pm & 12–10pm
