Position Summary

Fries Fries Fries is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our team at our Eastview Mall location in Victor, NY. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and creating a positive work environment for team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager with daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Open and close the store following company procedures.
  • Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served according to Fries Fries Fries standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout the restaurant.
  • Assist with employee scheduling and labor management.
  • Train new employees and support ongoing team development.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures and assist with daily deposits and reporting.
  • Help achieve sales goals while managing food and labor costs.

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant, food service, or retail management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service mindset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
