 We are currently putting together a team of highly skilled bakers and we are looking for a Cake Artist Assistant to join our Custom and Wedding Cake Team for our ever-growing brand that is Daan Go at our 3380 Midland Ave, unit 11 location in Scarborough.   • Bake cupcakes, cakes, cookies, etc from scratch
  • Decorate the above from start to finish using royal icing, fondant, and buttercream
  • Assembling cakes and assessing them for quality and improvements
  • Sugar/Fondant sculpting
  • Previous experience decorating cakes and working with buttercream/fondant required
  • Gallery or portfolio of previous work required (we will not look at resumes without a portfolio)
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently while performing repetitive tasks
  • Able to learn quickly, follow directions, work clean, and be organized
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Able to follow tasks and directions
  • Some heavy lifting will be required
