Responsibilities 

  • Cleaning Dishes: Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
  • Operating Equipment: Use dishwashing machines and sometimes clean items manually when needed.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dishwashing area tidy, including cleaning sinks and counters, mats and floors.
  • Checking Supplies: Ensure soap, sanitizers, sponges, towels and drying racks are stocked and ready.
  • Handling Trash: Dispose of food waste and empty garbage bins.
  • Organizing: Return clean dishes to their proper storage locations.
