Job Overview
Our facility offers guests 8 auditoriums of movies to choose from where they can use our QR code at their seat to order from our scratch kitchen. The food is delivered to the guest recliner. Other amenities are Duck pin bowling, large arcade with redemption store, 5S Rock bar restaurant, & a full-service bar.
A successful candidate will have an outgoing personality, strong leadership skills, maturity, and good character. If you have restaurant management experience, we can train you in the other areas of our operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest level of Quality in all aspects of our Movie Entertainment Centers.
- Overseeing daily operations, which involves staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and customer service.
- Ensure that our guests have a positive experience and feel welcome to our facilities.
- Compliance with all local, state and federal laws, food and liquor, health and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain the theater facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Resolve guests’ complaints and handle challenging situations in a professional and efficient manner.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Equally comfortable communicating and working with guests, supervisors, or subordinates.
- Possess strong analytical and computer skills.
