Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional guest service and address any concerns or special requests
  • Clear and clean tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
  • Assist with basic food preparation as needed
    Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
  • Ability to work well within a team
