Store Associate - Part Time or Full Time
Our Associates are vital to our business. They perform a key role in our stores by providing great service while serving the world’s greatest frozen treats to our customers, regardless of position: Machine Operator, Dishes, Fountain Operator, Dipper, Window Operator or Runner.
Requirements:

  • At least 16 years of age (18+ is preferred)
  • At least a High School Diploma/GED or current HS attendee (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to work various days and hours of the week, including nights, weekends, and possibly holidays
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team environment; is dependable
  • Meet the physical requirements of the position (talking/hearing/seeing; standing/walking and various body movements; pushing/pulling and lifting 5-50 lbs.; balancing and using ladders/stairs/ramps)
  • Have access to reliable transportation during various days/times
  • Ability to train and satisfactorily perform first position in 4-6 weeks
  • While not required, prior restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is desired
