Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated cook with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn in a fast paced, creative and professional kitchen environment with plenty of room to grow and excel.

Culinary background is preferred.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Preparing a wide assortment of ingredients (chopping and peeling vegetables, processing meat, making sauces and dressings, etc.)
  • Using basic kitchen equipment & utensils (fryer, gas range, peelers, graters, knives, etc.)
  • Working with other experienced cooks as a team on the kitchen line.
  • Setting up workstations with ingredients and cooking tools.
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.

Pay:

  • Starting at $19.00/hr
  • Bonus pay
  • Tips

Schedule:

  • Restaurant operates Thursday to Sunday
  • Day shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Weekend availability is a must

Experience:

  • Culinary (professional): 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
