Our menu features carefully sourced matcha and coffee, made-from-scratch pastries, and seasonal specials developed by our in-house team.
What You Will Do
• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, specialty coffees, and other beverages following our recipes and standards
• Take customer orders, ring up transactions, and process payments using our POS system
• Assist with food service, including preparing orders, packaging items, and handling customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout your shift
• Build genuine connections with customers and help create a welcoming café atmosphere
• Collaborate with team members to meet rush hour demands and ensure smooth operations

• Reliability and punctuality – we count on you to show up ready to work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask during busy periods
• Willingness to learn coffee preparation techniques and follow recipes consistently
• Basic math skills for handling cash and running a register
• Comfortable on your feet for your entire shift
Preferred:
• Prior barista or food service experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
• Experience working in a café or restaurant environment
• Food handler card or willingness to obtain one
