Job Overview

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • **Station Setup & Stocking:**Prepare and stock workstation with all necessary ingredients, tools, and supplies before service.
  • **Food Preparation:**Chop, mix, season, and prepare ingredients for dishes.
  • **Cooking:**Execute orders by grilling, frying, sautéing, etc., adhering to recipes and quality standards.
  • **Plating & Service:**Assemble and plate dishes for timely delivery to servers, ensuring presentation.
  • **Cleaning & Sanitation:**Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, equipment, and surfaces, following health codes.
  • **Inventory & Waste Control:**Monitor and report on food levels, store items properly, and minimize waste.
  • **Teamwork:**Communicate effectively and work with other kitchen staff (chefs, servers).
