Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide FOH customer service including beertending, food running, bussing tables, cleaning, etc. according to company standards and procedures.
  • Train/Direct/supervise other FOH employees during the shift in following the standards and procedures.
  • Keg management including following cleaning procedures in between each keg change.
  • Potentially a key holder and responsible for Cash Drawer
  • Available nights and weekends for closing shifts with occasional opportunities to open.

Skills

  • Minimum 1 year Superviser or lead experience in bar/restaurant
  • Time management skills in both a fast paced and slow paced environment
  • Ability to pick up on and desire to follow skills trained by owners in customer service and POS systems unique to our business.
  • Ability to direct and hold others accountable to the above procedures to create a team attmosophere.
  • Ability to be punctual and reliable for shifts scheduled.
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Ability to carry out all physical aspects of a job that requires one to stand for entire shift, walk all over venue and ascend and descend stairs frequently at times.
  • Ability to provide professional refferences from previous supervisers

Benefits

  • Shift meals provided or a shift beverage 100% for an 8 hour shift or more or 50% for less than 8 hour shifts.

  • Weekly pay periods
  • Hourly rates fluctuate based on tip pool. This position will start at $16 an hour and once able to pass training steps will enter tip pool with a base pay of $10 plus tip share based on percentage of hours worked. All pay is distibuted through weekly pay check (No cash is taken home).
