Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and warmly as they walk in.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organized section, including tables, chairs, and floors
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handle payment transactions accurately, including cash and card
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in opening and closing duties as needed

Skills

  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older (if required to serve alcohol)
