Position Summaries & Responsibilities

  • **Food Runners:**Verify dishes against order tickets for accuracy, modifications, and dietary/allergy notes.
    Deliver hot, fresh small plates rapidly and accurately from the kitchen to correct guests.
    Communicate table needs and assist floor staff dynamically.

  • **Hosts:**Welcome guests warmly and manage the door/waitlist via OpenTable.
    Coordinate smart table seating balancing server capacities and guest needs.
    Set a positive, upbeat tone for the overall venue environment.

  • **Bussers:**Clear and clean dirty plates, glassware, and utensils quickly.
    Reset tables efficiently to keep up with high service tempos.
    Stock service stations and assist servers to maintain room flow.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
  • High energy with strong communication and team-first focus.
  • Physical stamina to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 30–50 lbs.
  • Flexible availability for evening and weekend peak service rushes.
