As a Bilingual Front of House Manager at our Mexican seafood restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front of house, while also providing outstanding service to our guests. Your fluency in both English and Spanish will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and lead a diverse team of servers, hosts, and bartenders to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house, including managing staff schedules, assigning duties, and ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed.
  • Monitor dining room activity and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues and ensuring a positive dining experience.
