    • Responsible for daily kitchen operations
    • Directs and Manages line cooks
    • Works with Chef to design recipes and create dishes

  • Cook is generally offered as a part time restaurant job. Prior experience as a cook, chef, prep cook, link cook, fry cook, grill cook, boh, or other back of the house part time restaurant job highly desirable.

Skills 

    • Culinary degree or fantastic work experience
    • 2 years’ experience working in a professional kitchen
    • Inventory and Data management experience
    • Knowledge and experience in all roles of the kitchen
    • Team leadership skills
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

    • An understanding of health and safety and food safety regulations (Serve Safe)
