At our Cityplace location, which serves as the commissary kitchen for all our outlets, we're seeking a versatile and skilled Prep Cook/Line Cook who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation Mastery: Prepare all house-made sauces, soups, and vegetables, ensuring high standards of flavor and quality consistent with our fast-casual menu.
- Stock & Order Management: Maintain efficient supply chains by keeping the kitchen fully stocked and managing orders across locations.
- Line Duties: Maintain speed and accuracy during line duties at peak hours while ensuring exceptional food quality.
- Portion Control: Accurately portion meats, noodles, and other ingredients for our diverse menu items.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable to work across various Bodegoes locations as needed.
- Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer experience by engaging warmly and knowledgeably.
Compensation & Hours:

Starting at $16.50 per hour.

Available hours are:Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. -
Additional on-call hours available at other locations.
