Responsibilities

• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation, allergens, and pairings, and articulate it with confidence.
• Take and enter orders accurately, manage timing across multiple tables, and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout each shift.
• Handle payments precisely and resolve guest concerns with composure and professionalism.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards without exception.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support colleagues during high-volume service.

Qualifications

• Prior serving or hospitality experience strongly preferred; fine-dining background a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consistently professional demeanor.
• Strong multitasking ability and grace under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and meticulous in execution.
• Able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
