About the Role
The Group Sales & Events Coordinator is responsible for developing, booking, and managing group events at Adventure Park USA. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for clients coordinating school trips, corporate outings, special events, and private parties. The role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills to ensure every event delivers a smooth and memorable guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive group sales by prospecting, networking, and maintaining relationships with schools, companies, and organizations.
  • Create customized event proposals and packages to meet client needs.
  • Manage all aspects of booked events including staffing coordination, catering requests, and attraction scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, food & beverage) to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Track sales goals and maintain detailed records in CRM & POS systems.
  • Represent Adventure Park USA at local community and promotional events.
  • Provide superior guest service throughout the entire event process — from inquiry to follow-up.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in group sales, event management, or hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
