As a Houseperson, you will have a keen eye for detail while ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assisting the housekeeping staff with various tasks, including cleaning, stocking supplies, and delivering linens.
· Remove linen, towels and trash from guest rooms in the prescribed manner.
· Aid Room Attendants with bed boards, roll-away beds, additional linen, etc.
· Report any missing articles, damage, or mechanical problems to the Supervisor.
· Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met.
· This position requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior hotel experience is preferred, but not required. Applicant needs to have outstanding customer service skills to be considered for the position.
