Job Overview

 Whitney’s Restaurant is a unique and casual Beach-Inspired full-service restaurant with a scratch kitchen, craft bar, and bodega. We are located on Longboat Key just across from the beach. We are relaxed and approachable, yet one of a kind and proud of what we do. Our Back of House Team (cook, prep, dishwashers) are the personalities that create the Whitney’s Vibe and Live Our Culture servicing the Guests. Our team has a true passion for One of A Kind Service, Food, Drinks, and Personalities. Our BOH Team is responsible for the preparation of our amazing food. Please know we are adhering to the recommendations of the CDC and local public health authorities. We are fully committed to the safety and well-being of our guests and team members. We have added additional measures to promote a safe and clean experience for our valued guests, employees, and the community at large.   Responsibilities 

• Follow company standards and systems every shift

• Help other teammates throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift
• Follow recipes at all times
• Clean up and stock work stations
• Complete all prep required for the station
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and operations
• Properly store deliveries
