Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and friendly support via phone, email, and chat. This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in the United States or Canada only.
Key Responsibilities:
