Kitchen Operations: Responsible in assisting the Kitchen Manager in the effectiveness and overall operations of the kitchen. Food Preparation: Responsible for the preparation and execution of all food related items on the menu, with attention to the area of quality and cleanliness. Description of Duties: List of duties will be given by the Kitchen Manager on a daily basis Get all necessary items together such as food and utensils Maintenance of necessary equipment (ovens, grills, fryolators, etc) Practice of basic sanitation procedures are required Responsible for preparation of all food items found on menu Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of work area Must receive, store and rotate all incoming paper goods and dry goods Responsible to report any injuries no matter how slight or sever to immediate supervisor Responsible for weekly maintenance and general inspection and organizing of refrigerators, freezers and storerooms May be assigned other duties and responsibilities to achieve departmental or organizational efficiency as directed by immediate supervisor or other company management. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:
