Salad & Fryer Station Team Member
Kitchen / Food Production
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our kitchen on the salad and fryer stations. You'll play a central role in keeping both hot and cold food production running smoothly, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting your fellow team members through effective communication and coordination.
Key responsibilities
Hot & cold food production
Operate and maintain both the hot fryer station and cold salad station, ensuring consistent quality and output throughout service.
Light prep work
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support station readiness and overall kitchen flow.
Restocking stations
Monitor inventory levels at your station and proactively restock supplies and ingredients to prevent service interruptions.
Team communication & coordination
Communicate clearly with fellow team members to coordinate timing, flag issues, and keep the kitchen running efficiently as a unit.
Food safety & dating compliance
Accurately date all ready-to-eat foods upon preparation and all opened ready-to-eat items, in accordance with food safety standards.

Physical requirements
Extended standing:
Must be able to stand for the duration of a full shift (4–8 hours)
Lifting & carrying:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Heat exposure:
Comfortable working near hot equipment including fryers and heat lamps
Repetitive motion:
Frequent reaching, bending, and use of hands throughout the shift
Wet & slippery surfaces:
Non-slip, closed-toe footwear required; kitchen floors may be wet
Fast-paced stamina:
Ability to maintain energy and pace during peak service hours
