  • Train New Hires and Veteran Crew Members
  • Issue Training Materials through our training software
  • Evaluate New Hire Skills, and be the first signature of the training program
  • Operate on the floor when not training under the shift supervisor and manager's supervision.

Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have a Valid ServSafe Manager Certificate (Can also be done internally)
  • Complete Scorpion Grill Crew Member training and Crew Trainer training Programs
  • Have Access to a Working Laptop
