Responsibilities

  • At start of shift make sure all of your prep is in order and your station is ready for dinner.
  • Work through dinner rush with rest of the culinary team and ensure food goes out fast and correct.
  • After dinner rush stock and clean your station for the next shift.
  • Help take care of the floors and whatever else needs finished to close the kitchen correctly.
