We are looking for a Great Line Cook, with a passion for cooking, to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, engaged, and understands that we work together to deliver great food.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be flexible, is always ready to get it done.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, prep, and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team
- Participate in the Breakdown and Clean Up of the kitchen with team members. Everyone pitches in to clean up and get ready for the next day.
Qualifications
- Cooking experience and Back of the House experience necessary
- Positive Attitude. Ability to adapt and overcome.
- Strong attention to detail, and food safety standards.
- Upholds professional standards of appearance, dress, and personal hygiene.
- Servesafe certification preferred.
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry, push & pull up to 25 lbs. & occasionally lift, carry, push & pull up to 70 lbs.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (Yes we are off on Sunday & Monday)
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Seasonality is part of our business.
One must have the ability to work a variety of different times, including nights, weekends.
Our team has the following holidays off: 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.
