Job Overview

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables after guests finish their meals, reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware for the next guests.
  • Support Waitstaff: Assist servers by providing additional support as needed during service.
  • Sanitation: Ensure that dining areas, menus, and service stations are clean and well-organized. This includes sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and managing trash disposal.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet guests, assist with seating, and respond to customer inquiries or requests to enhance their dining experience.

Skills 

  • Customer Service Orientation: A passion for providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Physical Stamina: Must be able to walk and stand for long periods and lift heavy trays or kitchenware.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization is essential to maintain a pleasant dining environment.
