Responsibilities

  • Take food and beverage orders and accurately and enter them in POS system
  • Clear and reset tables
  • Communicate food allergies or dietary accomodations
  • Learn food and beverage specs of restarurant items
  • Promptly and politely address guest complaints and notify management
  • Opening, running, and closing sidework as specified
  • Eloquently suggest and upsell menu items to guests to make their dining experience memorable
  • Exhibit a guest first and team oriented attitude at all times
  • Responsible service of alcohol
  • Attend ongoing training meetings

Skills

  • Minumum 5 years serving experience (fine dining preferred)
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Excelent teamwork with coworkers
  • Guest first attitude
  • Agility to work in a fast paced and changing environment
