Responsibilities

  • Prep, clean, stock stations
  • Cooking, plating and serving food in a timely manner while following recipe and plating guides
  • Help fellow crew memebers during service when all other tasks are complete - ie the dishwasher, prep, expo

Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment individually as well as team assistance.
  • Ability to clean and work as you go, keeping stations and work areas prepped, stocked, and clean
  • Ability to follow direction, read tickets and prep sheets, complete daily tasks
