Summit Entertainment Center is your go-to destination for fun in Romeo, offering an exciting bowling experience with 36 lanes and state-of-the-art scoring. Our full kitchen serves delicious food, including pizza, burgers, and salads, while our bar features a variety of drinks and games for everyone to enjoy.
Summary
We are looking for a part-time Cook. You must be available for nights & weekends, no exceptions. Please do not apply if you are unwilling to work weekends. Also, you must be available to work til 10pm M-W and til midnight Thu-Saturday. Sunday we are open noon til 8pm.
A Cook is job with many hats. Besides cooking, doing dishes, delivering food to customers at the lanes, portioning food, prep and clean-up.
Having previous pizza, flat top or fryer knowledge is a definite plus! You must have very good attendance, reliable transportation, be able to follow directions, be able to learn and conform to our kitchen, have a positive, fun attitude and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work.
As one of our Cooks you will be cooking delicious menu items for our customers. You will be expected to comply with Health Department regulations (sanitation, food handling and food rotation). You will be maintaining refrigerator, freezer and inventories in an orderly clean manner. In addition you will be stocking, portioning, washing dishes and setting the next shift up for success. You will be working with the grill, fryers and pizza oven.
You will also be responsible to provide outstanding customer service to our customers.
Requirements: Walking, standing, lifting, working over heat, nights and weekends.
Wage: $15 per hour depending on experience + weekly tip share ($1-$2 more per hour, based on hours and days worked. Tip share goes into effect once trained). And earned PTO.

This position is part time or more than part time, depending on when you can work and your availability. You would be expected to be able to provide outstanding customer service! You must have very good attendance, reliable transportation, have a positive, fun attitude and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work. There is always room for advancement. We will train and cross-train if you are interested! Looking for those who are over 18 years of age and/or can work til close.
This position starts at $15 per hour and up. Pay is dependent on availability and experience.
