Line Cook – Künstler Brewing

Künstler Brewing is seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook to be the backbone of our authentic European-inspired menu. Your Mission on the Line

Your primary goal is to ensure every dish prepared at your station is executed with speed, precision, and consistency, upholding the high standards of our Head Chef. You are the artist (Künstler is German for artist, after all!) who brings the menu to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prep, Plan, and Execute: Be responsible for the daily setup and stocking of your assigned station (e.g., grill, garmo, fry), preparing all ingredients, sauces, and components with meticulous care before service.
  • The Heart of Service: Expertly prepare and cook all menu items to order, managing multiple tickets simultaneously while maintaining an uncompromised level of quality and consistency—even during our busiest rushes.
  • Quality Control & Plating: Ensure every plate meets the aesthetic and portion standards, presenting food that is as beautiful and authentic as our German-inspired tavern atmosphere.
  • Cleanliness Champion: Maintain impeccable sanitation and organization at your station throughout the shift, strictly adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly and proactively with the Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure a seamless flow of food from the kitchen to the guest.

We’re Looking For a Professional Who:

  • Has proven experience as a Line Cook, Station Chef, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
  • Possesses excellent knife skills and a strong foundational knowledge of various cooking methods and kitchen equipment.
  • Thrives under pressure, maintaining a positive and focused attitude in a high-volume environment.
  • Is reliable, punctual, and committed to being a strong team player in a collaborative kitchen setting.
  • Has the physical stamina to stand for long periods and can lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Is passionate about food and eager to contribute to a unique, culture-rich dining experience.
