Ice Harbor Brewery is moving to a new location this year and we want our team to be ready. We're seeking applicants who want to put down roots and grow with us as we make this transition. A lot of business is anticipated in the months leading up to our move.
Our current kitchen is compact but high-volume. Positive attitude and energy is essential. Applicants must have flexible hours & open availability. Experience preferred but not required if able to learn quickly. We offer a competitive wage w/possibility of a raise after a 90 day probationary period.

Responsibilities 

• Be available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Be able to read and execute written recipes
• Be able to perform in stressful situations while maintaining composure and professionalism
• Have at least 1 year of full menu line cooking experience
• Have comprehensive knowledge of sanitation and safety practices
• Take pride in their job, self, and position

Skills 

• Food handlers card required
