    Responsibilities 

  • Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
  • Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Accurate cash handling and operation of POS system
  • Stocking out pastries, cookies, etc. for sale. Restocking products as necessary
  • Up keeping our high cleanliness standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation
  • Team player, flexible enough to pitch in where needed to get the job done

Skills 

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages
