BEERTENDER
We can make the best beer in the world but without you there to pour it correctly, to educate the customer, to help them pick the right beer - without you there to make sure our guests have an excellent experience - the quality of the beer doesn't matter.
We need people who are passionate about beer to share that passion with our customers.

What we will expect from you:
- Effectively communicate information about our beer styles and brewing process to assist customers with their beer selections.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs by asking questions, observing their preferences, and promptly addressing their requests in a professional and positive manner.
- Memorize our food and beverage menus and provide recommendations to guests.
- Serve beverages according to our quality standards.
- Operate draft equipment, including changing kegs when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Follow our opening and closing procedures.
- Assist during private events and special releases when required.
We would prefer you to:
- Be Cicerone certified.
- Have one year of bartending experience.
- Be experienced with the Toast POS system.
You absolutely must:
- Have a strong passion for craft beer.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and holidays.
- Want to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Be twenty-one years old.
- Have the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move up and down stairs.
- Be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 60 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing over 60 pounds with assistance.
- Have your TABC server and Food Handler certifications completed within thirty days of being hired.
What we will provide to you:
- Extremely competitive base-plus-tip compensation: Servers earn $5.00/hour base, shift-leads earn $10.00/hour base, baristas earn $15.00/hour base.
