Job Overview

We're looking for an Assistant Baker to join our kitchen team!

Responsibilities 

  • Transfer freshly baked goods from hot pans to cooling pans safely and efficiently
  • Decorate breads and pastries after baking to meet TLJ presentation standards
  • Shape dough for daily production
  • Complete prep work to set the kitchen up for the next work day
  • Work together with the team to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards

What we are looking for: 

  • Reliable and comfortable with working early morning hours
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Team player
  • Positive attitude
  • Bakery experience is preferred but not required!
