Position Summary: We are looking for our next customer service representative to spread joy through cake to the Ocala Community. This position will be responsible for helping guests and coordinating with the departments of baking, decorating, and guest services. In addition, this team member will be trained in all aspects of the bakery. This person is a key carrier. Teamwork and guest services are the top priorities. We are seeking someone with varying availability for up to 30 hours per week.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
- 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant, or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
- Excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- Positive attitude, good communications skills, and an understanding of an ability to implement a team approach in the bakery.
- Solid understanding of guest services.
- Cash register skills necessary.
