Who You Are:

You are poised, confident, and charismatic. You lead with grace, mentor with intention, and take genuine pride in the guest experience. With at least 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, you bring a solid understanding of old-school hospitality, paired with the strategic skill set of a seasoned professional. You thrive in dynamic environments, and you know how to hold a room while keeping your team supported and your guests cared for.
You carry a deep passion for food, beverage, and service, and you understand what it takes to create a space where everyone — guests and staff alike — feel valued.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and support a high-performing FOH team through hands-on leadership and mentorship
  • Handle all scheduling and labor management, ensuring coverage and balance
  • Oversee training and onboarding, maintaining service standards rooted in our values
  • Collaborate on seasonal cocktail creation and uphold beverage program quality
  • Take charge of vendor sourcing and FOH inventory needs
  • Cultivate a guest experience that reflects Sabà’s identity: thoughtful, intentional, and real

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in full-service restaurants, bistros, or cafes
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail culture
  • Well-versed in the restaurant scene and up to date on hospitality trends
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • A balanced mindset — corporate-level structure with a family-run approach
