Cook – The Backbone Of Our Great Food!

Do you enjoy working with fresh ingredients and being part of a fast-moving kitchen team? We’re looking for cooks who can keep up the pace and help us serve food that makes guests happy. From steaks to scratch made fried pickles to Angus hamburgers, we seek to have the best food anywhere in the county. What You’ll Do

· Prep ingredients and cook menu items to order.
· Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized.
· Follow recipes and plating standards so dishes look and taste great every time.
· Work with teammates to keep tickets moving quickly and smoothly.
· Help with setup before service and cleanup after shifts.
· Jump in wherever the kitchen needs an extra hand.

What We’re Looking For

· Some kitchen experience is great, but we’re happy to train the right person.
· Passion for food and interest in farm-to-table cooking.
· Ability to stay calm and focused when things get busy.
· Reliability and teamwork — we all depend on each other.
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Physical Stuff

· You’ll be on your feet in a kitchen most of the shift.
· Must be comfortable lifting heavy pots and pans occasionally.
