Restaurant Server – Tiny Tapp | Chicago Riverwalk

Tiny Tapp is hiring friendly, experienced servers to join our seasonal riverfront restaurant. We’re looking for team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service
  • Explain menu items and make food and beverage recommendations
  • Accurately take orders, deliver food and drinks, and process payments
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams
  • Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining areas
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

  • Illinois BASSET and accredited Food Handler certificates required
  • Previous high-volume restaurant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service
  • Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
