Responsibilities

  • Prep and prepare fresh ingredients and build bowls to Bowl Factory recipes and quality standards
  • Take guest orders accurately and deliver friendly, welcoming customer service
  • Keep the kitchen, dining area, and work stations clean and sanitized
  • Wash dishes and help maintain a tidy, organized station
  • Jump in wherever the shift needs an extra hand

Skills

  • Positive, team-first attitude and strong work ethic
  • Friendly, guest-focused communication
  • Reliable and punctual, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work weekday mornings
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Food Handler's Permit, or willing to obtain one before starting
  • No experience necessary - we'll train you
