Role Overview: As a host/hostess, you will be the first and last impression for Camacho's Famous and we will rely on you to make our customers feel warm and welcome. As a small, family-owned, and operated business, our reputation is extremely important. If you take pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm environment, we are looking for you!
Responsibilities:

  • Give a warm welcome to every Guest
  • Going out of your way to assist every guest
  • Telling each guest our legendary Story
  • Let customers know about our Camacho's Famous merchandise
  • Manage the waitlist
  • Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
  • Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate
  • Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls
  • Help fellow Team Members when appropriate

Ideal Candidate:

  • Able to demonstrate genuine hospitality to every customer, whether in person or over the phone
  • Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
  • Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary
  • No experience necessary

  • Casual dining restaurant
  • Fast casual restaurant

Shift:

  • 3-5 hour shift
  • Evening shift

Weekly day range:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends

Experience:

  • Host/hostess: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Day Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Clarksville, TN 37043: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person Age Reqiurment: 14+
