About the Role
Weโre looking for energetic, responsible, and fun-loving Summer Camp Counselors to lead campers through daily activities at our Adventure Park. Counselors play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and unforgettable summer experience for kids.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage campers during adventure activities and camp games
- Lead groups through climbing courses, zip lines, and team challenges (training provided)
- Ensure camper safety and follow all park safety procedures
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive camp environment
- Assist with daily camp setup, cleanup, and transitions
- Communicate effectively with fellow staff, camp leadership, and parents
- Be a positive role model and represent the adventure park professionally
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old; 16 years old for Junior Counselor
- Experience working with children or teens preferred (camp, coaching, teaching, etc.)
- Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic
- Ability to pass a background check
- First Aid/CPR certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
