Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Enter orders correctly into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Check on guests throughout their visit
• Keep drinks refilled and tables clean
• Pre-bus, clean, sanitize, and reset tables
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Follow all alcohol-service and ID-checking requirements
• Maintain knowledge of our food, beer, cocktails, and daily specials
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Keep server stations clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Run food and assist other servers when needed
• Work closely with the kitchen, bartenders, management, and security
• Follow all MJ’s safety, sanitation, and guest-service standards
