Location: Various Markets Across Brisbane & QLD
Employment Type: Casual (Weekend Mornings to Afternoons)

The Role

This isn’t just “serving drinks.”
You’ll be:

  • Setting up and packing down our market stall
  • Preparing and serving drinks quickly and consistently
  • Handling high-volume rush periods with energy and composure
  • Taking payments accurately
  • Engaging customers in a friendly, natural way
  • Representing the brand with warmth and confidence
  • Keeping the workspace clean and organised at all times

Markets move fast. Lines build quickly. You need to stay sharp, positive, and efficient.

What We’re Looking For

Availability

  • Must be available weekends (morning to mid-afternoon)
  • Ocassional Thursday availability from 9am onwards
  • Reliable transport is essential
  • Punctuality is non-negotiable

Skills & Attributes

  • Genuinely strong customer service skills (not forced, not robotic)
  • Fast, efficient, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Comfortable working outdoors in warm weather
  • Physically capable of lifting equipment and standing for long periods
  • Calm and composed during peak rushes
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude

Experience

  • Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced environments is a strong advantage
  • Market or event experience is a bonus (but not required)
