Come join our Master ConcessionAir team in the beautiful, newly opened, Terminal C at the Orlando International Airport. Master ConcessionAir operates food and beverage operations in airports accross the country. In Terminal C, Sunshine Diner is looking for qualified, motivated team members.
The shifts available include: Opening Shift - 4am-2p Closing Shifts - 2p-11p
We operate 7 days a week and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

  • Sets up and stocks food items and other neccesary supplies.
  • Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
  • Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces during and at the end of shift.
  • Ensures proper rotation, time and temperature control of products.
  • Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positve working relationships.
