Responsibilities 

  • Maintaining the Bar Ceanliness through shift
  • Restocking and putting away orders
  • Running food and keep bar with supplies
  • bussing and resetting tables, rolling silverware
  • Cutting fruit, refilling garnishes, resetting bar top between guest
  • Washing and Polishing glassware throughout shift.

Skills 

  • Must have Service or Barback experience
  • Must have restaurant experience
  • Self motivated and can maintain a high tempo work ethic
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions as well as set a prioritized production of work skills
