Position Summary
The Crew Lead assists with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and serves as a leader during assigned shifts. This role helps ensure smooth operations, supports team members, maintains food quality standards, and delivers an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed of service
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Assist with training and coaching new employees
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Monitor shift operations and communicate issues to management
- Help manage cash handling and POS transactions
- Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
- Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and teamwork
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
