Position Summary

The Crew Lead assists with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and serves as a leader during assigned shifts. This role helps ensure smooth operations, supports team members, maintains food quality standards, and delivers an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support team members during shifts
  • Ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed of service
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
  • Assist with training and coaching new employees
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Monitor shift operations and communicate issues to management
  • Help manage cash handling and POS transactions
  • Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
  • Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and teamwork

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience required
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
