Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide speedy, friendly service.
  • Drink/Food Preparation: Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and food items according to Scooter's recipes.
  • Sales & Service: Manage cash drawers, process payments, and suggestively sell products, gift cards, and merchandise.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized store environment.
  • Operational Duties: Stock inventory, receive shipments, and perform opening/closing procedures.

Skills 

  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with strong team communication skills.
  • Attitude: Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
  • Availability: Flexible hours required, including ealry mornings or afternoons/evenings.
  • Experience: Previous food service or coffee experience is a plus, but not required.
