  Job Description: Juice Barista Overview Juice Barista works under management in the operation. Responsibilities include providing all customers a positive customer experience and full support of the back of the house operation. Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 25/50 pounds
  • Ability to stand on your feet for entire shift
  • Move safely over uneven terrain, wet surfaces and in a confined space Function
  •  Front of the House Provide superior customer service (knowledge of products and promotions, including answering phone, greeting, ensure orders are correct, standards are followed for food prep, portion sizes and presentation and creating an overall positive customer experience for all guests)

  •  Back of the House includes but is not limited to washing dishes, accept and put away deliveries, prep fruits and vegetables, juice with/clean press, fulfill customer orders, ensure safe practices at all times, bottle juice, make smoothies and food according to company recipes outlined and approved by management, upkeep the kitchen ensuring a clean and sanitary environment at all times, clean the lobby, outdoor seating area and bathroom.
