Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to Rustica’s standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Uphold kitchen organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Contribute ideas, creativity, and positivity to our evolving menu and team culture.

Skills

• A passion for food and hospitality, with a desire to learn and grow.
• A positive attitude that adds to our playful yet professional environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen an asset (Italian cuisine a bonus!)
